Scott Anderson, CLU, ChFC

Scott has over 35 years of experience as a Financial Advisor working with individual and corporate clientele.  Scott is a graduate of Ohio State University having obtained majors in Finance and Insurance & Risk Management in 1989.   He entered the Financial Services industry that same year and formed Anderson Financial Services with his father Bob in 1995.  He takes pride in being a trusted resource for individual and corporate clients seeking assistance with their financial decisions.  

Scott has obtained his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College of Financial Services.  He is an Investment Advisor Representative of Osaic Wealth, Inc., and also holds his FINRA Securities Registrations Series 6, 63, 65, 7 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. 

On the local level he is a member and past president of NAIFA Cedar Rapids (National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors), and the Society of Financial Service Professionals Eastern Iowa Chapter.  Scott is also a member of the Cedar Rapids Area Estate Planning Council.  

Scott and his wife Jill have two daughters and reside in Cedar Rapids.  He enjoys playing guitar, pickleball, golf and following Ohio State athletics.
