Scott Anderson, CLU, ChFC

Scott is President of Anderson Financial Services and has been a Financial Advisor working with individual and corporate clientele for over 25 years.  Scott is a graduate of Ohio State University having obtained majors in Finance and Insurance & Risk Management in 1989.   He entered the Financial Services industry that same year and formed Anderson Financial Services with his father Bob in 1995.  He takes pride in being a trusted resource for individual and corporate clients seeking assistance with their financial decisions   

Scott has obtained his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College of Financial Services.  He is an Investment Advisor Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., and also holds his FINRA Securities Registrations Series 6, 63, 65 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.  

On the local level he is a member and past president of NAIFA Cedar Rapids (National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors), and the Society of Financial Service Professionals Eastern Iowa Chapter.  Scott is also a member of the Cedar Rapids Area Estate Planning Council.   On a national level Scott is a recognized member of the Court of the Table at the Million Dollar Round Table, an industry organization recognizing financial services representatives worldwide.

Scott and his wife Jill have two daughters and reside in Cedar Rapids.  He enjoys playing guitar, golf and following Ohio State athletics.

Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum sales production requirements and gross business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year only. All members must apply every year to continue their affiliation with the Million Dollar Round Table.
